Body Intelligence classes embrace structural, functional and energetic principles to evolve efficient, versatile and fluent bodies. You integrate moving intelligence through a variety of stimuli including bodywork, body-sensing, imagery and movement meditation lessons. Poor body usage can be refined and developed to support more efficient, effective and powerful ranges of movement. The 60 mins sessions can include any conceptual approach or a combination of several, utilising any prop or weight, spring or gravity based apparatus including Pilates, Gyrotonic Expansion System and TRX that allows the body free motion in all planes of motion.
